First off, Thank you for taking some time to talk to us! Will you introduce yourself to our readers.
Ok, I'm M-Burb The Captain from Northern Virginia, Puerto Rican and Black. People ask what MBURB stands for, but now that I'm in different lane in my life it has no meaning. Now it's just a stage name LOL
Well, it sounds cool. Would you tell us what it did mean at one point?
Well a while back I was under an independent label called SMK (Smokers Only Ent) and the OG came up with "Moving Br***s Under The Radar Ballin" that right there explains what was going on... been doing what these rappers say they do since a youngin, now I'm 100% into my music,can't keep getting locked up, losing opportunities I run across, letting down my family.

Damn... the first song I recorded they took me off...lol..S/o to them cuz that motivated me to do me! I was last on the song,I don't remember the verse but after that song I recorded a song called "Like My Hair", I had long hair so I was talking about money and the girls who loved my curly hair LOL

Looking back at the music you've recorded, was there a particular song that you thought would do better than it did? Like a song that in your mind was a HIT. No question but didn't pan?
Man, I record so much music I be forgetting about tracks,but I made Top 5 Artist with 93.9 a few years back and had a song called "Crush On Her" that was a fu**n HIT! EVEN MY MOMMA LOVED IT! But the producer sold the damn beat without telling me so I couldn't do a thing with it...It was was a blower, I thought that was it.

Man, I actually do listen to DMV artists! I HAVE to! I listen to Trel I actually have a record with him on my SoundCloud called 'Turning Lane' check that out...I met Shy Glizzy at One Way Boobe's video shoot for "Don't Text Me" that's my man Alex shot that and I been keeping up with his music.. I rock with the Whole OYBOYS. I actually kicked it with them outside the club, suppose to go ride 4 wheelers with Boobe soon! I got a record with Nooch, Yung Cerda, and me and Jus Paul got record coming soon!.. I listen to, of course Bucky Dolla, Czar, Big Benz, FrivGang, Laelo Hood, a lot of artist man

Most F'd up thing with the industry is how they go for artist now. It sometimes aint about the music... They can lie and say it is, but there is a lot of GARBAGE out! I even like the garbage cause it plays like a broken record on radio and MTV, to the point where u have no choice but to remember and like the song...SMH
